Characteristic Factors of Health Micro Insurance Against Considerations in Selection of Health Service Facilities

Indonesia is still faced with a series of health problems. One the causes problems expensive cost treatment. An alternative that people can choose for financing to have micro-insurance aimed at lower-middle-class households. The purpose this study was identify factors characteristic micro-insurance, against consideration choosing service facilities. data used were primary obtained through questionnaire 220 participants. This research analyzed quantitative descriptive approach. results analysis show characteristics hospitals are registered as good quality services and responsive providing referrals hospitals, when there patient complaints main in considering choice
